Common Problem
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Orders shipped with the standard delivery option typically take up to 10 business days.
Please refer to our shopping page for full details and transit times to other destinations.
Please note that these shipping times may not be accurate due to courier delays beyond our control. All shipping times are estimates only.
I didn’t receive an order or shipping confirmation. What should I do?
We’re sorry to hear that. It’s possible the email has gone to your junk folder, or we might have an incorrect email address for you. If this happens, please contact us straight away so we can verify whether the order has been placed and resend your confirmation. You can email our Customer Service Team at [email protected] during business hours.
What Should I Do If My Order Is Missing?
If your expected delivery date has passed and you still haven’t received your order, please check your tracking information. If the parcel is not moving or the tracking hasn’t updated within the estimated delivery time frame, please contact the courier company (details will be available in your tracking email). If they’re unhelpful, contact us at [email protected], and we’ll start investigating right away!
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a tracking email from the courier. Please follow their instructions to track your package. Normally, it may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated. If you still don't see any tracking details after 48 hours, please contact us at [email protected] for assistance.
If you do not receive the tracking email, please check your spam folder before contacting us.
Order Cancellation Instructions
We strive to pack and dispatch your order as quickly as possible. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected]. We will do our best to accommodate the cancellation, but unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that it will be possible.
How to Handle Defective Merchandise
If you believe there is a problem with the item you received, please contact our customer service team immediately at [email protected] with your order number, item name, and photos of the issue. We will address the matter as soon as possible!

How to Identify Online Scams and Fraudulent Websites
Unfortunately, there are many scam or knockoff sites that illegally use our images and pretend to sell our clothing. Please be cautious about where you choose to shop. These sites often use our photos and copy our names/descriptions. They are scams, and if you choose to shop from them, you may receive a poor-quality copy, something that is not what you ordered, or nothing at all. While we actively work to have such sites removed, it is a slow process. If you are unsure whether a site is affiliated with us, please contact our Customer Service Team at [email protected] for advice.
Product Appearance and Quality
Different computers have different screen resolutions, so the colors of the actual item may vary slightly from what you see on your screen, especially neon tones. Nonetheless, we work very hard to accurately display the garments in our photos. We emphasize special features and do our best to show the placement and movement of the fabrics.

Refund Process and Guidelines
Currently, refunds are only offered if the item is faulty. Store credit will be provided for returns due to a change of heart. If you believe your order qualifies for a refund, please email [email protected].
Credit/debit card refunds can take 5-7 business days to process, depending on your financial institution. If you have not received your refund after 7 business days, please first contact your financial institution to inquire about any pending refunds on your account. If there are no pending refunds on your account, please contact our Customer Service team at [email protected] to follow up on your refund.
Please note that foreign currency transaction fees and currency conversion fees incurred during the initial order payment transaction are charged by the respective credit card company or banking institution, and we are unable to refund such fees. Please contact your credit card company or bank if you require a refund for these fees.
