• Q1:Why the solar panel fails to reach 100W rated power output in actual useage?

Below are the factors that may affect the actual power output: Sunlight Intensity, Panel Surface Temperature, Sunlight Exposure Angle and Other Interferents like tree/cloud shadows, foreign objects, dusts or other sticky substances. Please try to test your solar panel under the full sunlight to see, and make sure there is no shadow cast on the panel.

• Q2:Is the solar panel waterproof and how to keep the panel surface clean?

Yes, the solar panel is IP65 water-resistant that will protect from water splashing. Do not place it under the rain, or to soak in water for a long time.(Note: The junction box is not waterproof, please keep it dry)

Please use a dampened soft cloth to wipe the surface of the solar module, and remove all dust or other adhesives as soon as possible to avoid performance degradation.

• Q3:How to kow whether the solar panel is compatible with my devices before purchase?

Luvknit 100W solar panel supports USB-A and USB-C fast charging, the output can power most 5V mobile devices, like phones, ipad, airpod, power bank, usb fan and some 12V or 15V devices. As to the 18V DC output, pls make sure the voltage range of your devices include 18 Voltage. We recommend you choose our 100W solar panels to recharge your portable power station or solar generator for better charging results.

1. Cloudy weather and unstable sunlight may cause current fluctuations and hinder charging. Please place Luvknit 100W in direct sunlight or wait for the weather to clear.

2. Check the device to make sure whether the device supports solar panel charging.

3. Check to see whether the output voltage of the solar panel meets the input voltage range of the device to be charged.

• Q5: Are There Any Precautions for Using LUVKNIT 100W Portable Solar Panel?

Please check the model, size, voltage, and power of your original adapter to ensure compatibility before purchasing the product. Please check whether the output voltage of the solar panel (12V-20V) is in the range of the input voltage of your power station. Please do not press the solar panel with heavy objects, or it will damage the chips inside.
